Title: Pimlico Plumers customer return rate

On their web site it says that 73% of their customers have used them before, I think that's a fantastic return rate, I realize its a very different industry, but do you get that kind of % return rate?


I have only been trading as a carpet cleaner since last September so I cannot tell at the moment from my numbers, as I think its far to early for return cleans.

Just run a report on my figures for last year and 45% of the jobs were returning customers, which im quite happy with.

Could be better but id be more worried if it was a lot lower

61% last year. And usually about 57% to 63% over the last 5 years in total.

I'm not surprised Roger you do a good job I'm sure but you have have a way with the ladeees.  ;D
