This set of offices has not been cleaned in years, spider eggs etc all over.
The windows are badly painted.

Rush job with the prospect of regular work on the rest of the complex.

£60 take a hit on first clean in the hope of getting the rest of the work :)

£180 first clean. Then £120 for regular cleans.
