I would recommend that you do nothing for a while.
There have been some big alghorithm changes and Google is targeting a lot of places where SEO companies would normally get backlinks from.
It may be worth waiting a couple of weeks or more until things have settled down a bit.

I have been postponing it for a while so 2 weeks probably won't change much. Do you know anyone who follows the google alghorithm well?
