Nice job Rhino!
Was the cladding cleaned WFP or pressure washed?
How much roughly does it cost to hire a vehicle like that for a couple of days? Does it come with an operator? Do you still need to have training & qualifications etc?

Hi Dave
We used WFP + chemicals - parts done by hand method.
The machine was a 70 metre and costs about a grand a day to hire :o
Good job we had it though as it made the job very easy.
Comes with an operator.
You can use it without training although I only let staff get in to any access machine - with or without operator - IF they have IPAF training that is up to date.

We used the following equipment;
A 70 metre access machine supplied by Blade Access in Bradford, West Yorkshire
A Renault Master fitted with a 1000 litre Ionics Thermopure c/w a 20 metre Ionics E2 Carbon Fibre Pole, a 15 metre Ionics Carbon Fibre pole - amongst others.
Using 2 x 100 metres of Gardiners Thermobore orange hose
A Peugeot Boxer fitted with a Facelift 1000 litre - with same poles as above.
A peugeot boxer fitted with our home made 750 litre system C/W a Gardiners Superlite Extreme!
Plenty of Versitol and the vans were on constant fill all day!

I took my PAL license just today, cacked myself going up in a small version of one of those machines. I was wondering what I was doing up there when I could have been cleaning some windows with both feet on the ground ::)
