This is my new van, the weekend before i ply linned it
Hopefully next week the new 500 litre tank will get bolted in
Then gotta get it wrapped
-
nice trippy and well done for cracking uploading the pics
-
How much paint you use i gotta do mine asap might do mine next weekend.
-
4 litres, that gave me 2 coats and a fair bit to spare
-
Looking good.
Did you buy the ply-lining as a kit or did you cut it all to size yourself?

it goes hard may as well use it all up near the back where the hoses go, look very good. :D

i done a deal with a company, whos name i cant think of for the min, i told them i didnt want the floor, so it worked out cheaper, also they tailor made the wheel boxes 9mm bigger, to compensate for lack of floor,if you see what i mean
-
Looks professional, very nice. ;)
-
Smart, mate. I like it. Mine was fully ply lined when I bought it, so I ripped it all out, including the wheel arches and just left the wall panels. I've hooks on there I hang my poles on.
But that looks good.
-
just took these, im ready for work tomorrow, all be it this set up is temp

Looks very neat trippy.
Where did you get the little grey boxes that u put on sides.
Also where you get bits for the pole holders ive been thinking how can i do sumthing like that i see they are bars, simular to wardrobes, how did u get the bits to go up to section the bar off and did you cladd the bar with sumthing?.
Top job though well done. ;D

1 other thing is do you leave rear door open while working id b to worried about my stock going missing ?

We got the bars at B&Q, your right they are the wardrobe bars, you can buy the brackets there too.
As regards the spacers, i just bought 75mm angle brackets, taped them on with leccy tape, then cut pipe insulation to fit around the brackets.
Then just to brighten things up a lil,i wrapped blue leccy tape all over.
On my last Dispatch, the mk 1, Frank kindly let me have bars that he had on his old van,he had them especially made. But the newer Dispatch is wider,so these wont fit my new van (nor the bloody roof bars)
The plastic boxes were bought at my local discount store £1.99 each, i simply screwed them to the ply linning, and used a penny washer also.
There are two of us mate, so 90% of the time one of us can see the van,i used to get the hosereel in and out all the time, but found it tiring, and also the reel kept falling over,so the reel is now fixed in the back, and if you look at the pic again, you will see that the hose goes through one of those hose thingy bobs, with 4 runners, makes it dead easy to reel in and out almost without effort, B&Q do these at about a fiver

Trippy, have you got a photo of that 500 litre flat tank you're flogging? You said it's in some metal support thingy? Is the walls thick enough to put an immersion heater in it?
Jus' askin' like! ;D

Give it a couple of months and it'll look like a bag of nails and be covered in empty Mars Bar wrappers.
