very new!
I bought my slx25 2 months ago and i wasn't pleased with the pole hose.
Alex told me that i had the old version ( not good at all!) so he sent me a replacement ( free of charge)
Contact him if you are not happy with it, he will sort something out for you!

how much have you got mate , i love it but they dont sell it any more ive got a bit stashed but could mebbe take some more

Post by: richardlingard on March 16, 2012, 12:01:34 pm: lol i only have about 10 meters mate will use it until it breaks , i like the orange from aquadapter when hot imo you dont really need the red as the orange has never given me any probs, i used to have excellent pole hose from someone called sureclean but can find it now, that stuff is excellent !!!!

quite a few people on here will probs give you that soft hose

Post by: simonr on March 16, 2012, 06:12:36 pm: i know lots dont like it & i cant suss why, i've been using mine all day every day since august & not had a split yet, also its easy to nip to move between windows & to scrub the sills so saves a lot of water ???? but then im comparing it to brodex thick black hose, i only use a backpack as well so its not stretched out that much
