Having just bought and received the clx 22ft pole (thanks alex, we got there eventually ;)), just wondered what brush you use with these lightweight poles. Have been using the Vikan brushes, but having weighed one yesterday, realised it weighs an incredible 525gms !!!!. We bought the clx for ease of access over conservatories, porches etc..., but with a half a kilo brush on the end, its pointless having the lightweight pole...lol.
Like the idea of the scrubbing power of the vikan and the stiffness of the bristles, just wondered what you find as an equivalent lighter alternative.
Will be looking at getting another clx27 or slx in the very near future so, the lighter the better :)
thanks for your input. ;)

If you want a brush that matches the scrubbing power of the Vikan then take a look at the Super-Lite Medium-Mixed DT.

Alex, which of your brushes do you think scrubs the best?

I would say that for brushes that scrub really well with minimal effort the Medium-Mixed DT, the Sill Soft DT and the Flocked 25° would top the chart.
If you want a brush that can take a lot of abuse, but needs a bit more effort then the Stiff DT is a very good brush.

Thanks Alex. I have the soft dt sill brush and find it very good. I also like the flocked standard splay but it is not so easy to clean sills with it.

i think the dt flocked original is the best all rounder with this pole.
