i got offer a round in hull, 66 houses, big sd, houses with bays at the front, and side windows to.  66  houses ,  all big.  but the prices for the houses should be £9 or £10  ea.   they are £6  £5   £4, some at £7. some at £3   it worth  £400.  a month. he want £1200  to buy it.  3 clean. is it worth the risk to buy, then try to put the hoses at the right price, i could lose a lot if i put the prices up. is it worth buying this round. the round is  in two parts. ?  is it worth buying and take in the risk????

As said before John, if you put up prices that much, i think you will loose lots of customers, you could do them WFP, ad as said before, do them in a lot quicker time, so you can do £9 of work in the time of a £6 traditional time, but again you might loose a lot of customers who dont like the windows left wet.
I know of a local window cleaner who bought similar work, converted to WFP, put prices up over time, now he gets good , good rates , and does £5k a month

I got it now.  i take it over on the next clean, i paid 1200 for it.  i will be cleaning all top with water pole sys. IT WORTH the money, then he say to me, when i get use to this round, there more to buy from him, about a other 600 a month to buy. so here i go, with water pole sys, never use b4, this will be the 1st time for me, with wps. like to thank you for yr replys. Thank you .
