M clean i have left you a message on richy s topic
-
I notice on the other post there is more interest.
The work is nationwide and not area specific - I am in Gloucester on Sunday, Torquay on Tuesday and there are pending works at Torquay (again), Southampton, Reading, the list goes on
I will not put anymore on that post so please only reply via my email or on this post.
I am not looking to disturb an established working relationship, which I have with another company but we got very close to capacity on a couple of occasions last year and there is room for additional support for my services.
I can pay good money but this will only be to the right people, with this in mind I am also looking for cost reductions on rates paid out.

We don't work like that unfortunately.
The people who work on the programmes for the supermarkets are always the same faces. It is not down to areas but national coverage. I am not looking to sub out counties but to from strong working relationships with similarly minded individuals, who are prepared to travel and take the rough with the smooth.
This is no easy ticket for anyone who is interested!

Matt
The closest I have got to you is Penrith, in November of last year, done work in Durham & Bishops Auckland.
There must be a real opportunity over the border because I don't do it and I don't hear any talk of others doing anything either!!!

well, get me in contact with someone that can actually make decisions with these big firms, and ill sow it up, and we can all be happy. ;D ;D

Hi,

Hi,
I can vouch that Rob pays well and it would be a real opportunity for anyone who got involved.

matt I have just seen you do a job on facebook on a large unit, looked impressive, just wanted to ask surely the hire of the lift equipment would make wfp more worthwhile, I sub a similar job out and get the entire cladding done for £175
actually I need to get a bigger pole and do it myself really as it is done twice a year and I don't make on it

Thankyou Huw ;)

Stu, the cherry picker was theirs so no hire charges, but was still a huge area, and had some heavy staining cause it hadn't been cleaned in years. WFP probably would have got a decent result though but I was more than happy to take their money ;D
-
that is the thing matt, I couldn't work out whether to contact you for a price, as I have watched the pressure washing guys do jobs in a fraction of the time WFP takes but if hire equipment comes into it, it wouldn't be worth it
but well done anyway that looked a good job ;)

Cheers Stu, that's the biggest thing I've found up here. Some people don't mind paying the money, and accepting that a cheery picker is needed. And some people are probably a bit more clued up about things and shop around and try different methods. I'm going to quote another cladding job tomorrow, I mentioned cherry picker to them and they didnt bat an eyelid.
