Hello All,
Just wondering if any of you use an telephone answering company .
I used to use the Vodaphone service but it was a bit impersonal.
Any advice would be very welcome.
Thanks

Use call diversion and answer the calls yourself.

at a guess warwick can't always answer the phone which is why he wants this service, as even with the one he's used, he'd still be deverting his calls to them as you suggested he does to his mobile.
it's something i looked into, but for the price was too much money for what was simple an answering phone. may give them a go one day

Agree Pierre.
I knew Tim a while back and he runs the company exceptionally well. He used to be a very successful carpet cleaner himself so knows absolutely everything in realtion to clients, appointments, marketing etc etc.
Brilliantly niche with fantastic staff - they can even book appointments for you and arrange your diary. The only downside is that they are a bit more expensive that most answering service companies. But hey, like anything in life - you get what you pay for. I once used vodaphone years backand they were useless in comparison.
Cheers
