yea i saw the link to the website. Seems a really good price but it has 6 ports instead of the 4 mine has and the motor is different - mine is the black bodied one with 'marathon' on the side

i know i can blank the ports not in use but just wondered if the pumps are overall the same size and slot in ok

Haven't bought the full motor, but have bought the
head only. To use on the Powrflite you need
2 x 3/8 to 1/4 bushes.

I've always thought the motor looks too weedy on
these compared to my 1/2 hp motor.

found out today the motor wont produce a real 500psi - more like 400 but i think its still reliable as a motor

You would also need the extra high pressure hoses (inc shock hose) to cope with the pressure if upgrading. Plus pressure guage if you don't already have one on the machine.

Some companies used to supply the whole kit with hoses & guage to convert from say a 135 psi machine but much more expensive than just the pump on it's own.

the one on ebay has a motor that is a lot smaller than the marathon ones in the newer scorpions and i think its the one fitted as standard in the ninja's etc
