had this guy ask me to clean conservatory roof today we agreed a price and i did it it wasn't too dirty and only took

35mins i guess. he emailed me later that day saying it looked good but disappointed i didn't squeegy the roof off and

the neighbour moaned that i splashed her windows and never dried them before leaving. some people eh ::)

 i emailed back and explained how it worked

Wouldn't it have been better to explain before you did the job ???
As for the neighbour should have gone and dried her windows, you never know you may just have picked her up as a new custie.

naaa some people are just born to be tosse** lol i just agree explain myself walk away and if they do it again dumped

Depends on the situation really.
I've come across the odd conservatory roof where the water "pools" on certain sections of the roof.
In that situation I squeegee the excess water off.
