Title: RO waste - saddle valve?

Recently bought my first RO system  8)

What I want to do is connect my waste pipe off the RO to the plastic waste pipe off the sink in the downstairs toilet. I think its inch and a half waste pipe, is there such thing available?

Yes there is such thing  if you type reverse osmosis saddle clamp in to ebay you wil see what you are looking for  :)
