hi comrades,can any one point me in the right direction i think im about to tie up my first 12 month contract with a with a pretty big company ive already cleaned the hard surface areas of this particular tourist attraction twice, My job is to clean the hard surface areas of the exteiror of the building ive advised the company that the front area of the building will have to be cleaned more oftern than the back as this area is used a lot more with regards to the amount of people that pass through the front and it seams to be getting dirty a lot quicker than the rear of the premises, ive advised the company in question that they should have the front area cleaned every 4 to 6 weeks then front and rear every 3 months they seam to be happy with this,i have got a metting today with the matanace manager but havant got a contract for him to sign would like some help in this department dont want to frighten him but need to get somethink legal drafted up so know where i stand would it be best to go to solicator or can i buy some think standed thats not to intimidating any help greatly appreciated !!!!!!!!!
