Title: anyone else had one of these......

I received an invoice/statement from a company called UNITED TELECOM
based in Prague it was for an internet trade and business database.
The invoice is for £354.00.
I have never spoken to these people.
I will be forwarding it to trading standards
just wandered if anyone else has received this?

Yes Bob, I got one to, (is that three) a few days ago.
I sent my one to trading standards the next day. must have been doing Portsmouth last week.

I get a similar one every year from a swiss company more or less the same figures are involved. This is for a European website entry.

Be careful I do know of someone who inadvertantly (the wording was a bit ambigous) signed the form and got locked into a two year contract...by the time they realised they couldn't do anything and had to pay up...around seven hundred pounds
