Wow such a difference in prices..
Why pay £300 or over when the first is only £150 ish?

Hi H2ose,how did you marry the pump up to the RO.
The pump inlet and outlet are 1 inch whereas the ro connection is half inch.
Cheers

the price on the links is just to show what is used, I cannot remember what I paid for mine, this first is not the same as the one we use, I did not want to scrimp and got the best one that was available at the time, somethings in life you have to pay a little more for yet they save you money, this aspect of my business could cost me a lot if I got it wrong, I thought it was cheap whatever price I paid for it.

got one of peter fogwills 200 gpd ROs, had it when the mains pressure was 70psi, then water board have reduced the pressure to 35psi (to reduce leaks i suppose) replaced the membrains with 300 gpd (and restrictor)from osmotics. at same time got a booster pump from pure freedom (less than £100).this put the pressure back up tp 80psi. down side is it rattled like a rattly thing so took the gauge off. got 5l of resin from daqua and just put last lot in canister, use 2000-3000ltr a week so i'm quite happy with setup.
