I DID A ONE OFF JOB EARLIER IN THE WEEK, HOW DO I RECORD IT?

Enter job as normal, change frequency to "once only"

yes, as you never know they may become a regular customer in time and you will have the details all saved.

Could save it as a quote, but then that would be wrong, very wrong.
