Title: Pressure washing business - which type of businesses to approach?

I am looking to expand from residential cleaning to commercial but am wondering which type of businesses to aim my marketing at? Holiday parks, hotels, schools? any info would be appreciated.

I am based in North Wales

Get a high quality leaflet designed, with good quality photos of works being done, during & completed, all the relevant contact details and just contact anyone and everyone.

Some of my best commercial leads have come from the domestic market. If they don't know you are there they cannot call you.

Im in the process of creating a wordpress website....been struggling to find decent template, and plugins but getting there. This'll be my first summer in this business so any advice on exposure would be great as there are a few existing companies I'll be competing with who all have bigger budgets than myself.

Craig,

Budget isn't everything. I started on a minimal budget, and yeah, i did struggle at first, with repairs etc. but it gets easier. just make sure you spend the money in worthwhile places, then you will make more money to spend on things that werent quite essential the first time around. We all start somewhere.

If you want some advice on wordpress plugins and stuff, drop me an email. As for the theme, its a nightmare at first, scrolling through all those free/paid themes, but one will eventually jump out at you.

Matt - i notice you do builder cleans. Can you explain what this entails and what equipment, consumables etc are used during the cleaning process of new builds?

I only do the exterior cleaning. we use an acid to remove all the morta smearing etc. I dont go inside  :)

I got a request for some brick cleaning work. Could you recommend a decent brick cleaning acid? What would i use to apply the acid?

depends what your trying to clean, is it mortar? is it carbon black stuff?
