  I know these guys sell these tanks but does anyone know who actually
  makes them.

We sell the same range of tanks. But the manufacturers do not sell direct to the public.

the upright  125 175 250 or the flat 400 or upright 400 are sold to public . but you wont get   them much cheaper and the delivery will cost more from manufacter  , it easier to stick to the suppliers as if you buy enough the delievery may be free . i wil match most those tanks prices if you want 01435 873555

das, company called wyvale make the tanks. havent got web address but google it and you should find them. prices not much different though.
they have a really nice loking 900ltr tank that i may get, will let you all know how it goes
