the job is a private school i was recomended for this by a customer of mine whos a teacher there , i was told off this teacher there was some big companys who quoted for this and even though mine was the highest price they went with me .
The job is for the next 5 years cleaned every 2 months external and every month internal , first clean will be in 2 weeks time when i will be taking some photos .

THATS A NICE CONTRACT FOR A SCHOOL MOST ONLY GET DONE EVERY YEAR FROM MY EXPERIENCE WHAT SIZE SCHOOL IS IT PRIMARY SIZE OR HIGH SCHOOL

Not true. Private schools are different. We have one that's in and out every month (apart from summer hols)

Its a private run school which ive got for the next 5 years when it will be reviewed again .

Then get complacent, employ monkeys, do a shoddy job and lose it.

It goes in cycles ...
