Thought I show you what our typical day with one man one van for domestic. Some of you would have seen some of these properties before.

All well priced and a very good days work for 1 man this is the type of work 2 of my vans do day in day out and I mainly consternate on the commercial side of things.

Got to the 1st job a 9am 4 weekly clean

Finished job 5 at 1203pm and then had lunch for 1 hour.

Job 6, 4 weekly clean

Job 7, 4 weekly clean

And finally job 9 was a front only first clean, 8 weekly clean.

All done and packed up at 334pm

Water used all day was just over 400L

That’s our bread and butter work, they keep the cash flow going!!

In photo 4 there is a concrete mixer ... I need one for some building work Im doing .. will give you £50 for it  ;)

Yes that's my ladder which  I use to access the flat roof to the far right of the pic as there is windows up there.

they look like really good jobs but for me they ALL need upselling to a full fascia and gutter clean - they just let the look of the houses down so badly and they are VERY nice earners !!
