Ive been asked by a well known house builder to clean two houses similar to these, and the soffits-facias too. Both houses have 3 sides of soffits and although i clean these kind of houses quite often, im not sure how much to invoice the builders.
Im thinking along the lines of this:
each house to clean the windows £20 each, = £40
each house to clean 3 sides of soffits £90 each, =£180
total =£220 plus add on 24 % for tax .
what do you guys think, or am i too cheap ?(http://)(http://www.cleanitup.co.uk/smf/1330458299_charles church.jpg)

Have you been to have a look at the mess they have made (concrete, paint etc) on the windows and frames yet? That would be the first thing to do.
Also have you got ladders to reach the 2nd floor windows because wfp won't remove previously mentioned paint and concrete.
If you think it will take you say 8 hours, put your price in for 12 hours and see how it goes.

Thanks deeege for the reply . Theyve been living there about a year already, and therefore have already had a builders clean done . The owner of the house has complained of scratches in the glass, so one of the directors of the building company have asked if i can clean the windows so they can asess the scratches when they get there friday and whilst im at it to do the soffits. I know we dont like talking prices and money on here, but i just dont want to sell my self short and do the job too cheap. I will be using wfp and its based in essex .

Just go with your instinct then and price it as you did above.
Have they told you verbally or by email that the glass is scratched? I'd make sure you have it in writing from the builders prior to any cleaning to make sure they can't blame it on you.
Good luck with it.
