Hi all,
i am doing 1200 meters of carpet tiles sunday which are heavily stained with coffee. Presprays i have are powerburst, Enzall, traffic clean, fusion8............... i was going to go with enzall ? so
Pre vac
Pre spray with ............
Agitate with rotary and carpet brush
Extract with portable and use acid rinse
i have 2 teams of 2 and 2 sets of all the above equipment, plus one person spare (making prespray, rinse, coffee etc!) i am hoping i will be done in 5 hours
-
anyone?!! ::) i have never used enzall before but i heard its great on commercial carpets with coffee stains? I normally use powerburst but was thinking of giving enzall a try but wanted your opinions before i decide??
-
get yaself a rotary or 2 gotta be alot easier and quicker i do a cafe carpet with carpet tiles and using my df apart from a few stains ere n there 95% are gone you must be charging good money or earning little using 2 teams.
-
i am using 2 rotary machines with a nylon carpet brush to agitate..............and yes, it will be a nice earner. i dont work on for nowt, esp on sundays
!!
-
i meant using the rotary to do the cleaning thats all i use and get excellent results no need for an extraction.

I wouldn't bother with hwe, go with bonneting. Done some offices today, used spm mixed with some oxybrite. All coffee stains removed without using anything else.
-
Don't hwe tiles here, cimex does it

cheers guys,
i am rubbish at bonnet mopping (tried before and pretty much nothing came out?)!!!After you prespray and agitate do you just go over with a bonnet? I am using high alkaline so need to put an acidic rinse through, how would i do that with a bonnet (dip it in f&F?) Sorry for my ignorance but totally clueless when it comes to bonnets!!
-
If would use Chemspec Rotobrite 2.
2 guys could do that work with 2 rotary machines in that timescale.
How do I know? We did it this morning.
-
You just use a different chemical that doesn't need rinsing i use Dry Fusion but you need to be licenced with them to get there chemicals but there are plenty others on the market. just give a very good vacuum then prespray then dip your bonnet pad in made up solution wring out and away you go.
-
You dont even need to do the wringing thing with certain systems.
My preference is to put fresh product down with a sprayer or from the solution tank.
Or sprayed from the solution tank by the machine if you have the right model.
If you use a true encapsulation product there is no requirement to absorb the soil.
You just need to agitate.
