Havnt put my back out today, but it's something I do on a regular basis.

Sometimes I'm fine after a day, at worse I was unable to function properly for 6 days.

I haven't had a bad back since wfp came along.

It was a regular event when I was running about with ladders. Two or three times each year.

I had a series of chiropractors, and it has been well sorted for years, money well spent. I probably should book in for a couple of goes as it is sure to go out after this.
