Title: Pressure and hot water
Post by: Dave Willis on February 23, 2012, 04:29:03 pm: How do you guys cope with the pressure building in your hose with hot water? Do you have problems switching from hot to cold and back again? My hose has just crushed another reel even though I reduced the pressure four stops on the Varistream calibration with warm water (minimum winter setting on a Fogwash).
I can't be the only one having problems surely?????

I have the min setting on my old analogue varistream, and it still builds up too much for my liking, never distorted the hose reel though, and i have it set a bit higher on the fogwash than you.

Post by: Dave Willis on February 23, 2012, 07:13:58 pm: some guys seem to use hot water without any problems at all. I'm always chasing the pressure, there seems a massive difference between warm water and cold water - well on my system there is.
