Title: WCP old customers?

What do you do with old customers? Do you delete them off system of suspend them or inactive?

I know theyre gone but i suppose you can keep a record of lost ones etc.

I inactive and suspend them but thats me as we all do things a bit different.:)

just slot them under inactive, always possible to reinstate
you know whats what, good record keeping
1: keeps you aware of old customers that mess and might call again
2: if they move out could be a new customer for you
3: accurate record and accounting
