Yes I had the same problem very low pressure here burnt out the carbon filter in the RO in couple of months you need a booster pump for sure unless you have around 5 bar water pressure?

my water pressure is 50psi i think, and my first RO was slow.
but you should still be getting water through even at very very low psi.

i would start disconnecting pipes make sure that water is getting threw to each stage.

is there waste water coming out.

thats how it should be (sort of)

you should have a flush tap, make sure its not fully open.
also get yourself a measuring jug, and time the out put of the pure and waste.
