Title: GREAT WHEN WORKS ORGANISED
Post by: richywilts on February 21, 2012, 04:29:34 pm: my employee hit his personal best today with the work being nice and compact and well priced and customers rang night before etc he started at 8 and was back at unit bout 3.15pm and he stopped at mine for a egg butty earlier he hit £362

im well made up he picked up a 6 customers whose details we lost after break in too all nice size house 18-25quidders and cleaned them too

wish he had a twin brother ;D ;D ;D

im giving him a pay rise in april which ive posted about previously he goes away on honeymoon in march for ten days so going to give him nice pay rise coz he is worth it i want him to take on more responsibilitys tho but he just motivated he likes the challenge this days work wont always be 362 coz iv put a few of the customers details he picked up today on another days work so this round will be 300 a day

No Richy, i wish, and i'm sure i'm not on my own that YOU had a twin brother. The world would be a funnier place.
