Title: help needed pricing,fascia,gutters,conny roof and all windows
Post by: magic moments on February 21, 2012, 02:07:47 pm: Hi as some know I'm new to this game and am using this forum and you knowledge to help me,,I am pricing a 3 bed house,6 windows ,2 doors all guttering ,fascia board, and conny roof,about 7 panels not a large conny but gutters are green,conny roof is green ,what would you say is fair price.

£25 a side for gutter fascia outside clean only with wfp

gutters want emptying another£20 a side on top

plenty charge more than myself especially the south east

I use good tfr, used right the dirt falls off almost by itself. A job like that would be a couple of hours, I would just slot it into a slower day. Also for the bulk of it I would use the tap, then rinse the glass with pure.

Maybe squeege patio doors or bigger windows.

and con roof finsh with pure will save you loads of time and water :)
