I have received today my pencil fans from gardiner. I've removed the fan jets from my brush. Which way do i have to put back the pencil fans? on the inside or outside the brush?
As well i have a Super-Lite Carbon Fibre Quick-Release Gooseneck with a john guest, i find very difficult to change my brush, i have to pull very hard on the hose to pull it off! Am i doing something wrong?
Thanks.

Hi Ben
The correct way to fit the brass pencil jets is to hammer them in from the rear of the brush stock (non bristle side). Then you can attach the hose from the T connector to them.
To remove the pole hose from the John guest connector you need to hold in the small black collar and then this releases the metal jaws inside which grip the hose. This will then allow the hose to pull out easily. Sometimes if it is a little hard to hold the collar down you can use an adjustable spanner set to just larger than the hose to push the collar down more easily.

Thank you very much Alex, quick response as usual! ;D
