I got a CD80 ( Death by careless/inconsiderate driving) on my record 2 years ago it expires in 3 years time.
Anyone know any places i can ring up that are good with insurance ?
Im going to be looking for insurance on vauxhall astra 1.3 cdti and if thats pretty high i will just get a vauxhall corsa van :)
I will have a trolley system that folds :) So ill have no trouble with a small car.
Thank you

maybe you don't ks, but he has been honest and asked a simple question, who are we to judge him, he needs advice not a lecture, he has already been judged and served whatever was dished out to him, none of our business really

I don't give two fecks if am in the minority here, but to post this and have smiley faces when someone has lost their life is bad taste IMO

I agree ks.. Discussing what with the I'm alright attitude

harunh I hope you get insured.
But your post was ill thought out - a bit of contrition wouldn't go amiss and saying accidents happen just minimises your mistake. Maybe to sleep at night you have to tell yourself this?
Move on - fine. But wise up.
And that goes for the "failure to provide a specimen" poster too. It's not that you've made the mistake it's the "matter-of-fact" way you have posted that irks.
Who knows who on this forum may have lost a loved one in similar circumstances?

I dont condone drinking driving at all, but simply stating the facts of my situation, it was a stupid thing to do

Fair enough tc - sorry if I came across all sanctimonoius - I'm sure in my own teenage years it could well have been "there but for the grace of god go I ..."
