What would seo cost to get my site on page one of google for 4-5 keyword searches - window cleaner bexley, window cleaner bexleyheacth ect.

A lot depends on what you want form SEO and how much you want to pay, Back links are one way of improving a ranking which can be done for very little.
pay per click can be very expensive if you are not careful, My problem with it was that any one can click on the link just for the heck of it.
