Region: Midlands
Location: Milton Keynes
Type: Commercial
Monthly Avg Value : £120,000
Established For: 6 Years
Comments: A Commercial Window Cleaning Business for sale. The business is made up of 67 Customers so it has a good spread of small to large contracts. This takes 2 men in 2 vans one month to clean. Also included in the sale will be 2 vans, both are 3 years old. One has a hot system from pure freedom. Also has the full Omni Vac set up with pressure washer and whirl away. This business will ONLY sell for a substantial amount of money so please no dreamers or time wasters. If you can email your interest in the first instance we can then go on to talk further. The reason that I'm selling is due to a change in career.

could it be 12k a month? however the zero is nowhere near the 2 button for a typo...

Looks like the only dreamer is u Samson lol.

Window rounds for sale are a waste of time as far as I'm concerned, specially commercial, they can stop any time, what with the so called recession.

That's why domestic rules. Hundreds of customers equals stability. Plus if it's a really good round and organised £50 an hour... Can't beat it!!

Modified by me. Typo.

unless the contracts are tied in for a set period your only buying two vans i know that can apply to domestics as well but the reality is domestics tend not to cancel and are easier to replace
