12 years ago I have been living and working in London. I worked for OCS company as cleaner in Victoria and Albert Museum and for a Compas Group as a kitchen porter in American University at Richmond. Since then i heve been living in Poland.
My polish expiriance is very difrent from cleaning. But i have made some preparation. To be a beter claner and employee i took a part in a:
Carpet Claning and Maintence + Stain Removal Course
also planing to take a part in
Hard Floor Cleaning course at 20 of march this year
All those courses are provided by Prochem Europe Ltd.
I know most of you consider this indusry as a oportunity for business. I am a bit difrent, I`ve been runing my own business for last 10 years and now i am looking for regular job only.
I am keen to invest in my skils. Do all nesesery trainings at my cost. To be reliable, self confident employee. I am looking for a permament job and reliable employer.
Hope you can help me, put me in to the rigth direction or give me some good contact.

Think its a first on here , the guy deserves a job for asking!
-
I get 3 or 4 phone calls a year asking if I have any vacancies... I only wish I could say yes..... :(

When you read a post like this it makes you wonder whether any of our 2.6 million unemployed would be this enterprising.
Good luck to you fella, I am sure you will be an asset to whoever employs you.

No chance, they would lose the free meal ticket if they actually looked for a job, my EX wife has lived of incapacity her whole life never had a job and having now found that "chronic fatigue syndrome" is undiagnosable" has found the perfect excuse not to ever get a job, other than the cash in hand stuff she does :P
On her facebook page she claims that the chronic fatigue society is one of the "activities she enjoys" don't they call that an oxymoron ???
she is also a member of the BNP saying foreigners are nicking all our jobs, shes never paid tax but has very strong views.
I say good luck to this guy its very enterprising of him to post on here.

She sounds like my 2nd younger brother... he once moaned about all these bloody foreigners coming over here and taking all our jobs and taxes. My wife said... "You've never worked a single day of your life, when have you ever paid tax?"
"Well actually" he said very smugly "our dole money is taxed!!!"
I nearly died of embarrassment, the potato... ;D

Is this your Ex James?

Its easy to jump on the outrage bus, but if I had the work, I could start, of the top of my head, 5 long term unemployed good guys tomorrow who have had enough of the dole.
Its always the fear of getting into rent arrears that stops them taking crappy jobs.
I think the system for taking people on could be made a lot more attractive than it is.

Rab, video crack me up! ;D
But funny you should say that, I heard on the radio today they are considering for micro businesses (under 10 employees) doing away with employment regulation! :o they are realising just how hard it is for these small companies and how off putting the regulation is.
