I've had a Vyair RO for nearly 2 years now.
I've only had one problem in that time and it was the high pressure switch failed after about 18 months use.
Was not a big problem and I was still able to use the RO.
I contacted Vyair and the same day they sent me out a new high pressure switch and told me if I required advice or instruction on fitting the new switch all I had to do was contact them.
Fantastic customer service, I would happily of paid for the new switch as I had been using the RO for 18 months.
And the switch was very easy to replace with no instructions needed but it was nice of Vyair to make the offer.
I would recommend them.

Hi John I use about 1200 ltrs a week I suppose.
I change pre-filters every 6 months at a cost of around £15 including delivery from Vyair.
I have not added an auto shut off to my static system but I believe that you can because the RO has a built in high pressure switch to stop the water flow.
The RO was very easy to set up, you just have to insert the filters and membranes into the housings and flush the filters through before use.
Instructions are provided.
