Because it made no sense, the title did not reflect the content.

A recent example a post just saying "opinions needed"  how do you know what the contents of the post are.

If he called it "website opinions needed" I would then know, if i wanted to click on it or not.

There are to many posts titled "guess what"

another example " I'm impressed"  

Impressed with What ?

Should read with "I'm impressed with my SLX"

please consider other forum users and put appropriate titles then people can decide whether to read your post or not

There was one the other day that said "stuck in the mud" I couldn't be bothered to read it, obviously nothing to do with cleaning windows!  :)

It may be petty, but people like to know a post content before they decide wether to click on it or not.

Not everyone reads every post.

There was about 6 non title posts on the first page alone, just trying to be a bit helpful for others.

Stuck in the mud title was more relevant to the post content than "this month"

It was about a van stuck in the mud, a window cleaning one at that, one that was out working, which lost 2 hours work for 2 vans  ;D

People don't need to complain, I think it annoys a lot of people, in answer to your question ? Yes it does annoy me

Try putting up a poll, then you will get your answer.

I tend to not bother reading posts headed things like 'guess what' or 'how about this' and all that type of stuff.

I agree with Admin. Post subject need to state what the subject is about.
