Title: Wall Cleaner/small FSC
Post by: Matt Gibson on February 15, 2012, 04:34:35 pm
Hi guys,

Anyone in the north got a smallish fsc or a wall cleaner i could possibly borrow if the need arises?

Am going in to quote a job and its going to be mostly walls, and im not sure if ill have time to buy one myself..

I was thinking about buying one of those small 12" whirlaways from the states? the ones you attach to the end of a lance?

Can get one delivered for £127, anyone had any experience with these?

Cheers,

Matt

EDIT: and i am assuming because i run an 05 nozzle, ill need 2 x 025 nozzles for whatever i buy? never had a FSC before.

Thanks Roger,

Im guessing its not going to be cheap though. well, not as cheap as £127.. seems any size surface cleaner is pricey, whatever brand you buy.

Ill give them a bell and get a price though.

Don't mind borrowing you our mozzy Matt, just pay for the postage each way. We rarely use it but it comes in handy now and again.

How much did you pay? Mosmatic prices?

Lee, thanks for the offer mate. Might work out cheaper as I probably wouldn't get much use out of one if I bought it. But like you say, handy to have.

It wer'nt cheap but I bought it just to do pontoon decking in a marina and it went on the job - I think I paid nearly £300 about 8 years ago. The import from the states will have vat and import duty but will still work out cheap
