Just got back from a job.
Whilst cleaning his lounge carpet, he was pottering about in the kitchen on his hands and knees with a dust pan and brush.
For some reason, he emptied all the crap that was in the pan into my newly opened 15kg tub of cleaning powder which he thought was a bin !!!! :o :o
So far I've managed to sieve out numerous dog hairs, bits of food, a stanley blade, some orange peel and various other bits of crap ::)
Some customers never cease to amaze me :)

Actually Terry, there's a serious side to this.
It could be a child or dog that decides to eat the contents of an OPEN tub of cleaning powder. A lawyers' heaven.

I make it a habit on EVERY job to ask if there are any small children around so I know if I can bring chems etc into house. I even tell customers about hot solution hose and put out wet floor sign and trip hazard sign.

Please don't take this as condescending, but I stopped mixing chemicals in peoples homes after I'd heard of someone knackering someone's oak work top.... :o
Everything's made up at the van...

machine dont enter the property so why should the chemicals?
Same as.... mix everything in the van.
Safe working environment for me... safe living environment for them!

Point taken guys...
Chemicals left on the van from now on !

I always mix chemicals in the van. Taking chemicals into a house means 1 more thing to leave behind.

I always mix in the van... or on the drive

A quick mist over with the grime and lime variant is as good as any acid rinse.
