Title: SAFEcontractor - Is it me??

Its that time of yr annual review  >:(

We are SAFEcontractor approved, BUT ...BUT every year they ask for the same info, plus any updates (which I can understand)

Why do we have to send same info year on year?? just had a heated chat with them as its now an online form, any docs need to be scanned driving me crazy its going to take for ever!

Really thinking about leaving them..... Is it just me ?

Never been asked for that or any other - the firms that I sub for have it all and just ask to see ins docs each year. Its only the county council that we've filled out reams of forms for but that now is just ins renewal proof.
