Title: any diy way to extend a 25 ft pole

Hi I have my 9 house and its a 2 story or 3 windows up house and I'm not sure if my .25 ft will reach I dont want to pay out as I just started is there any DIY way I can get an extra 5 feet or so?

until bought my slx35 i use to use a Harris pole from bq,well two poles actually,take the middle section out of one and insert into the bottom of the other one and that gives you the height a bit more to it than that but that's the general jist

I have a 25 ft brodex pole I think can I put s Harris on the end to give me the extra?

There is a guy who comes in our shop, he has a reel of Gaffer Tape and a pre owned broom handle

What he does is whenever he can't reach with he's pole he just tape's on a broom handle, or more than one if needed, I told him he needs to buy a longer pole, but he said the tape and broom handle only cost him £1.75

I have a 18 foot pole and extended it by 6 foot and it reaches a second floor. If that helps.

a 25footer should reach 2nd floor windows.i can reach all of mine.im 6ft2in with long arms though!!im sure you can buy the last section of an unger teleplus pole and fit that over the base section giving you extra reach.

have a look at the windowcleancentre.you can buy it as a single section.

extension b2 £22 from the windowclean centre.unger teleplus extension pole.

it just fits on the base section of your pole adding 2 m to your reach.im sure it fits on most base sections.

Thanks,I got the job in the morning ,I have only started this week so didn't want to look bad lol,maybe il take some step ladders can that be done or a bit cowboy style?

If the windows are not set back onto the roof you should be ok with the 25 mate, I can reach mine ok.
