i have a few big houses and i can just reach the second floor windows with my 25ft SLX.Im 6ft 2in with long arms so just about manage it.

if you mean third floor (4 windows from the ground)then no chance.youll need a 35 footer.

If its a new build 3 storey town house type then you should be ok fella

yes. we can hit 3rd floor with my CLX22, so long as they're not set back in the roof
