hi im a newbie at carpet cleaning . i did buy a victor sx 15 but after many hours on this forum i've now bought a machine with twin vacs and a 160 psi pump(will keep victor for pre spray and agitation as it has a brush).. after trawling this forum im now gonna book training with prochem. any helpful advice would be grateful

Can't stress enough... get some hands-on experience. Contact some carpet cleaners out of your area a little way (i.e. not direct competition) and get some days out sorted. Nothing better than learning from a seasoned pro, and you'll also learn that no single cleaner's way is right and all the others wrong.
I'm about 2.5 hours from Eastleigh so may be a bit far but plenty of guys around maybe less than an hour driver from you who would offer :)

ps.. loved your detailed answer about the ncca( do the training then not allowed to use their name)
