what would you sugest is best buy, gardiners clx 22 clx27. or ionics grafter plus 24 28pole ionics offer full pole set up now @ sale price hoping to pick one next week to go with backpack

Clx 27, the grafter plus is slightly stiffer than the clx, but a lot more expensive. If you've got the money get a slx 25.

got my heart set on the slx . ordering it in a week or 2 once some of customers pay me for dec cleans . which is adding up

There's a factory refurbed grafter 28 on eBay for £135 + £10 post - suppose that's not bad if you on a budget

Why are there so many refurbed ones tho???Don't see any refurbed Gardiner poles fir sale because they are built to last.
-
you ideally want an xtel glass fibre pole not as wippy as the slx range

Coz the clamps are poor to begin with - they probably get many returns
I reckon they should be better than new ones if the clamps have been fixed correctly

The slx is worth the extra money, mines about had it after 1 year, but I'll def be buying another. Might even splash out on the extreme.

The fine facelift 25 carbon, what lovely clamps it has. That's the pole that CT( east) Ltd uses on a regular basis.......
