Matt I think well of them as I am sure they do of me.
We work as a team, and each member can choose not to work, however because of the team spirit, most overtime is done by all members so as they can get done quickly and go home.

Unless of course I find them something else to do...............

We don't even have one now as we had to take them to court for 4 months outstanding invoices
