You have to contact the US suppliers direct & get a replacement ignition unit. :'(

Any ideas on why and what i can do?

The new hose probably has less back pressure. Get a tap washer, make the hole in the middle slightly bigger (only slightly) with a drill bit & then use it as a washer in the hot water out connection on the unit. The increased back pressure caused by this should keep it running more reliably.

Post by: advanced on February 10, 2012, 06:25:56 pm: i had the same problem check that your hose is not tangled in the reel as these heaters are very sensetive to flow rate restriction.
