The carpet shop accross the road from me has the window cleaners in doing their roof.
At the moment they are using their reach and wash to rinse off after a good scrub with a brush.
I am thinking they would be better with something to break down the soiling first.
Here is a picture of ours.

Am I right in thinking a good soak with Sodium Hypochlorite or Sodium Percarbonate would speedthings along for them.
I want them to do ours next but can supply them with these products if its going to speed things up/cut my cost a little.
We cant do it ourselves as we are not insured for ladder/roof work anymore.

Deffo worth using hypo as you'll just end up with stripes on that whether you use a fan lance or turbo with just water and pressure.
I quoted some before xmas on an industrial estate in Bolton, about 100 of them. Think they are waiting for new financial year to have them done.

Recently cleaned some, soooo soft - fragile. We only used pure water to worried with applying any alkaline in case it weakened them. High pressure was a no go. When you price these do you apply a disclaimer ? In case of panel damage - recent cleans were on a empty unit hence able to cordon off under Lights. HS would be a nightmare with a working unit without disclaimer , imagine one breaking and falling inside :-X
