No - I am looking for someone who will work as follows;
Yesterday 2 of my staff left the yard at 7am and went to work in Borehamwood at about Noon the set off to Wales to clean a re fit job. They got back to Crawley at just after midnight - one went home to Seaford so about 1am he got home - both were in the yard at 7am this morning and set off for another typical Rhino day.......

We are only looking for similar staff who want to work hard and EARN lots of money. :P

Why on earth did the two guys who had to go to Wales not just go and do that job yesterday, as you are based on the other side of the country from them?. Why did they have to go to Borehamwood before?

Hi Rhinoman

You will better off trying to recruit East Europeans, they will work longer hours than English staff.

If advertising on here, perhaps an indication of hourly rate & overtime rates,may be helpful.

48 hours limit only applies to average hours worked over 17 weeks  . one can opt out by voluntarily putting this in  writing. cant be a general agreement with workforce.

Just got home - went to work today with my staff who live in Seaford - we were window cleaning in Maidstone for a cleaning company. When we finished at 11.30 am we thought nice easy day. We got back to base in Crawley at 12.30
just as we pulled up cleaning company phoned me - I thought they were gonna complain or something.....

They had a problem - seven of their staff had been mopping a dark laminate floor and it kept drying white, could we help?
Of course I said yes - we switched vans and loaded up a battery operated scrubber drier and went back, we arrived at about 2pm. Quickly got to work on the floor - only needed water in the machine as cleaners had used gallons of cheap detergent in their mop buckets. Floor looks great now and its only 9pm.

Back to it at 7am tomorrow.

There's too much to be said here, and you all know what I'm like lol, I'm turning my pc off.

But for the record. I know a cleaning company who one of the bosses has a guy work around the clock doing anything and everything for him, earning him a ridiculous amount of money at very short notice. The guys so thick he can't even see it, I just hope one day he will and start his own and take everything one one he knows..

Moral of the story. This might happen to your selfs so pay well and look after him/her/them..

Hats off to Rhino,last time he advertised this there was an element of bragging in the wording of the advert,'Headquarters in Crawley'etc etc,now they are just'based in Crawley'..ahh that's better,so much nicer to be modest than to be a bum ;)

I liked the bit about must have CCDL for at least 8 years.  One way of getting around the age discrimination legislation I suppose and ensuring that it's a 25 year old at least  ;D .
