we've just switched to medium (white) dual trim xtreme sill brush and think they are fantastic. we used to use vikram sill brush. they make us quicker, easier to clean doors etc, and less chance of damaging property too. wouldnt look back. :)

I use one and find it a decent brush. Not suitable for hot water though.

Just a quick update if anyones bothered.I bought the black dual-trim and its great.Cleans the sills nicely and is good on the glass too.For me its not as soft as the black xtreme which is not a bad thing as it will get a bit more hammer.Got it at the mo on the 10 inch carbon goose and this is a good combination.I also found this morning that its smaller stock is great for getting into tight and deep window frames where normally you'd have to clean sideways.Impressed!Recommend!Until i change my mind anyway! ::)

I use the same brush as you Michael and it's great.....I am however about to buy the new extreme sill...I just can't help myself....I think I had 14 brushes last time I checked...think it might be time to sell a few ;D

Phew! Its not just me then who has a brush fetish - was starting to worry!I've bought no end of brushes and then sold them on ebay.I just want to get to the stage where i am happy with one or two brushes and stick to them.I "think" i am there now - black sill brush and black xtreme. But then there is the gooseneck question?Carbon goose, swivel, standard resi.Too much choice sometimes.Anyway at the mo i'm into my carbon 10 inch goose and i'm pleased because this is the one i want to like as it is the lightest, best quality option.

Get a radio, it ill give you something to think about other than brushes. :D

the black radius sill brush is brilliant, i never have to change the brush angle, i would recommend it to anyone
-
I'll try that ;D I need some kind of therapy to cure brush disease ;D

do you do you think the black is better than the white? Can you rinse on glass with them?

Its softer i think. Any brush that is dual trimmed you can rinse on.
-
I cant comment on the white one (as amazingly ive not tried it) but the black one is very good to use and actually doesnt feel as soft on the glass as the black xtreme so i personally think is just right.I don't rinse on though, but i guess because its mono-filament it should be ok.

This might be a daft question, but why can you rinse on the glass with a duel trimmed brush?
Cheers, Mike
