whats your verdicts guys. i had a conversation with a wc about what pole to buy and he was adamant the ionics was the best but i had my heart set on gardiners. bit confused
-
gardiners all the way sod ionics overpriced garbage in my opinion
-
ionics would bottle up and sell water and charge a fiver for it if it had there logo on it!!!
-
Gardiners all the way need u ask
-
Slx is full carbon, less expensive, lighter, more rigid and is the length printed on its side as opposed to adding a few feet to make it look like a good deal.
SLX all the way.

Yep, spot on. ;)
An Ionic 25ft pole is probably only 22ft actual where an SLX 25 is actually 25ft long! (& a better pole) :)
-
SLX here also, although I do like glyders colours
-
thanks guys i thought i was right. shame gardiners arent at windex this march it would be good to look at them both
-
Nope, still not sure, what is it you folks are saying?????? ;D
-
talking about which brand of poles to buy my friend, ionics glyder/swift or gardiners carbon fiber poles
