Hi all

I went to do a quote recently at a large office (3 floors). They wanted a price for spot cleaning the coffee stains and another price to do the whole lot. They opted to go for the spot cleaning even though I told them there would be a chance of wickback. The price being £300. I turned up on the agreed date only to be turned away as they forgot I was coming and thought the machine would be too loud as people were working (split my Xmas holidays up for them)! I went to do it on another date about three weeks later. The results were decent but not great. They have now decided to go with the full bonnet clean for £1300. They have asked me to drop the price of the spot clean as they now want it all done. What do you think?

I'd just go for it, but only because my wife would chuck me out if I didn't.... ;D

Yeah I think your right Colin its all about keeping them sweet I suppose!! Might knock a hundred off but dont wanna make a habbit of it!!
